CONSUMPTION RATES. THE LOWEST EVER
Consumption reduced by 35% compared to the traditional endothermic panels on the market. Thanks to patented innovations the cost of operation is drastically reduced. Even with exceptionally low consumption it still delivers superior performance and heat yield compared to traditional endothermic panels. All energy absorbed is completely transformed into irradiation.
Contact UsLESS INSTALLED POWER. MORE ENERGY FOR OTHER ACTIVITIES
Installed power reduced by 35%.
Until now, the power required represented a real limit. We have reduced this requirement, allowing even more body shops to benefit from the savings and production performance guaranteed by Radiant.
The surplus power not used by Radiant can be supplied to the other equipment around the workshop: e.g.
it can power the suction and discharge units of the booth.
EXCEPTIONALLY FLEXIBLE POWER
More energy efficiency.
The system is able to regulate the booth’s four radiation units separately, because each operates independently. Right side, left side, and booth floor and roof. This allows the system to be used in a smart and focused manner, optimising consumption and cutting waste in terms of energy and money.
This flexibility gives the operator a choice: speed, in the case of urgent jobs or tight schedules or cost effectiveness, when the schedule for the painting process is more relaxed.
If only two panels have been painted (door and fender) the corresponding Radiant wall units can be activated independently for precise cross-linking and the maximum cost-effectiveness. Alternatively, if results are required more quickly, the Radiant roof units can be activated in addition to the wall units. This increases performance considerably, resulting in perfect cross-linking in much less time.
Smart Control plus 10"
SMART CONTROL PLUS. All the functions can be programmed directly from the large, next-generation 10” touchscreen.
The advanced 10” touchscreen, in an exclusive highly resistant all-glass design, allows management and regulation of all the painting phases, simply and in an automatic cycle.
Warm-Up: in winter, the warm-up phase makes it possible to achieve ideal temperatures, both for the comfort of the operator and for the subsequent coating phase.
Paint: In this mode the booth rapidly reaches a temperature between 18° and 22°C, guaranteeing the correct temperature for quality results and for the operator’s comfort;
Flash-Off: This function allows the system to quickly switch to the higher temperatures necessary to flash off correctly;
Dry: The quality of drying is guaranteed by the incredible efficiency of Radiant, which quickly reaches the necessary temperatures.

Radiant systems are designed to be connected and integrated into the entire repair workflow and not just into the painting cycle.
With its modern, connected PLC and simple innovative software, Radiant can also mean substantial tax benefits (subject to requirements and conditions being met).
The system allows all the work phases, even in real time, to be monitored, such as how many and which panels were activated and in which modes, for every single operation.
It monitors costs continually and, indirectly, even the work of personnel assigned to painting.
Contact UsSPECIFIC OBJECTIVE
Each Radiant, inside and out, is planned down to the last detail, from its shape each of its components.
It is all been designed, built and selected with one aim: to revolutionise endothermic technology and create the most effective and efficient system ever.
The numbers tell us we have achieved our goal.
Contact UsDESIGNED AND BUILT TO WORK HARD, FOR A LONG TIME
Right from the earliest design stages, we put a lot of time and effort into creating what we wanted to be the best possible endothermic panel. We wanted Radiant to be extremely robust and reliable. And exceptionally durable.
In contrast to infrared bulbs (lamps) or gas catalytic panels, Radiant’s heat producing electric components have been manufactured to have a limitless lifespan in terms of hours of usage. These are selected and installed to last a long, long time.
Theis means Radiant has been designed with the utmost attention to detail. All the electric and mechanical components have been selected to meet stringent design requirements.
Potential difficulties caused by expansion of materials due to the high temperatures Radiant reaches have been anticipated and resolved. Radiant has been designed so that the expansion of the materials occurs in the only way that is precise and natural. Mechanically. This means materials can expand freely when at high temperature and return perfectly “to shape” once Radiant is turned off.
We wanted Radiant to be solid. A solid investment for the future of our customers.

FFI – Forced Frontal Irradiation is a revolutionary technology and result of over 24 months of research and experimentation.
This patented technology allows all the heat on the emitting panel to be completely transferred. The transfer of heat is precise, it is, in fact, ‘forced’ through the simultaneous application of three different physical principles.
This is an entirely new technology and transforms every single watt absorbed into useful heat.
The FFI – Forced Frontal Irradiation technology requires significantly less electric energy compared to other endothermic panels for vehicle body work on the market, with exceptional results. This is why, on average, Radiant installs 35% less power.
Thanks to the technology used, Radiant is able to transform all the absorbed energy into a radiant effect through precise optimisation of the heat transfer to the radiant surface. Once it is at the radiant surface, the heat is completely and rapidly emitted in the form of infrared rays. The radiant surface is made from a
special alloy, which, in turn, is capable of ultra-rapid transfer of all the infrared rays generated onto the surrounding objects.
The cost of a paint cycle varies and is dependent on the operating conditions. However, below is an outline of a practical example.
For a vehicle flank: uninterrupted activation of the corresponding panel units for one hour (painting + flash-off + drying) the maximum cost would be € 1.41, calculated in the following manner:
System type: Radiant XL10 L10
Wall absorbed power 6.44 KW x 1 hour x 0.22 Euro per KWh (average power cost) = € 1.41
This amount does not take into account the KW that are not absorbed when Radiant reaches the set range of temperatures. At that point, the energy absorbed is zero.
There are many and significant advantages offered by Radiant. Some of which increase proportionally with the settings selected.
- Maximum cost-effectiveness during operation.
- There is no need to use a burner thanks to the even diffusion of heat and the temperatures reached, which are ideal for the application of the product and for the comfort of the operator.
- The heat is released slowly and evenly and absorbed by the booth walls, which often means that subsequent painting can be completed without re-activating the panels.
- Faster work times. Depending on the configuration chosen, it is possible to significantly increase productivity.
- Superior quality results and perfect cross-linking of the product.
In the painting phase, it is because a product applied onto a warm surface will always result in a better finish. Also, because it delivers, relative to the previous phase, an optimal flash off and perfect drying, thanks to the even diffusion of infrared rays.
Setting up a work process is extremely simple. To make configuration simpler, more intuitive and rapid, we have decided to divide the screen into two.
One side, all panel units installed on all walls can be activated simultaneously.
On the other, a direct click on the group or groups needed will activate them independently.
In either case, the work phase can be selected, and the timer set simply by clicking on the corresponding button.
It is all laid out on a single screen, very simply and clearly. Our aim is save the our customer from having to search through multiple and pointless sub-menus. We wanted all the information to be easily under control.
No maintenance or periodic inspections or compliance obligations are required.
In theory, Radiant is everlasting.
In the sense that none of its components are subject to “wear” or limited by a maximum number of working hours. All the components in its manufacture have surpassed the rigid standards set during the design stages.
The advantages over burners are economic, productive, quality and easier management.
In fact:
- The processing costs are reduced at all stages, starting from the painting;
- Productivity can be increased significantly depending on the configuration selected;
- Quality is noticeably improved, starting with the application of the product up to complete cross-linking;
- The booth environment, having absorbed the irradiation maintains temperature for a longer period even when there is outside air ventilation. The opposite is true of the hot air emitted by a burner is immediately expelled leaving the booth cold;
- No space wasted for a heating plant;
- No maintenance or compliance obligations.
Compared to the robotic infrared system either gas or electric Radiant is:
- More flexible because it can also be used during painting;
- Less wasteful of space;
- Cleaner, it doesn’t disturb dust;
- More reliable, as it has no mechanical components that need maintenance or registration;
- Simpler to use;
- Non-aggressive and does not require the operator to adapt to different methods of working.
Compared to wall and ceiling fixed infrared lamp systems Radiant:
- Has no limit in terms hours of work in contrast to infrared lamps;
- Has significantly lower installed power;
- Is much more flexible even during the painting process as it does not emit light;
- Has no need of gas burners or electric batteries that can cause problems due to temperature drops during the winter period;
- Has no mechanical parts or mechanised movement for the exposure of lamps;
- Permits the use of covers to protect the walls from over spray;
- Has a significantly lower purchase price.
It depends on the number of Radiant panels to install. The Radiant installation kits and electrical systems have been designed and manufactured to reduce the time needed for installation.
On average, for a standard configuration it takes between a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 hours.
Our products, as well as their relative components have been manufactured and selected to guarantee the utmost reliability. Even so, we believe that after sales assistance is as important as the product itself.
Therefore, we have organised a network of assistance consisting of highly qualified professionals capable of rapidly resolving any problems.
To minimise any inconvenience to our customers, we offer a panel replacement service when the malfunction is due to manufacturing defects and the product is still within the warranty period.
